About the role

We Offer Fountain Inn Post Acute is a 66-bed facility located just 20 minutes from downtown Greenville, S.C. We're making some positive changes that include new management and new nurse leadership, and we look forward to sharing these changes with you!

Responsibilities

• Assists the Staff Therapist with patient related activities and direct patient care.
• Takes pride in hearing staff feedback and taking your needs into account when making decisions for the facility.
• Works in an intimate environment where you can truly get to know our patients and each other.
• Flexible schedule options available.
• Opportunities for professional development and growth within the facility.

Requirements

• Licensed as a Staff Physical Therapy Assistant Board of the State.
• Proficient in computer skills such as inputting data into programs like Casamba and Point Click Care.
• Experience in a long-term care setting is helpful.

Qualifications

• Education in an associated field of practice.

• Knowledge of Point Click Care and Casamba.
