Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy services under supervision

- Monitor patient progress, document accurately, and communicate with the care team
- Collaborate with nurses and therapists, participate in team meetings, and uphold clinical standards
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited PTA program
- Current license or certification
- CPR certification
- Reliable transportation
Preferred candidates have 1+ year experience, especially in home health, and possess strong communication, motivation, and compassionate care skills.
