Physical Therapy Assistant - Part Time

About the Role

Provide in-home patient care as a Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) under the supervision of a Physical Therapist, focusing on individualized rehabilitation and support.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient visits based on individualized care plans.
• Assist patients with exercises, gait, transfers, and safety training.
• Monitor, record, and report patient responses and condition changes.
• Educate patients and families to support rehabilitation efforts.

Requirements

• Current unrestricted PTA license in the relevant state.
• CPR/BLS/First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s license, insurance, reliable transportation, and willingness to travel.
• At least one year of professional experience as a PTA in home health or a similar setting.
