About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide therapeutic services under the guidance of a Physical Therapist in a home health setting.
Responsibilities
- Assist patients to maintain or improve independence through therapeutic activities
- Deliver care in patients' homes, fostering personalized and comfortable treatment environments
- Build rewarding relationships with a diverse patient population
Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
- Oregon Physical Therapy Assistant License
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association within 30 days of hire
