About the role

A physical therapist (PT) - Skilled is needed to start on 7/20/2026. Available shifts are 8D. The position involves assessing patient abilities, developing treatment plans, and providing therapy to improve mobility and independence in a skilled nursing setting. Collaboration with healthcare teams, education of patients and families, and documentation of progress are key responsibilities.

Responsibilities

  • Assess patient abilities and develop individualized treatment plans
  • Provide hands-on therapy to enhance mobility and independence
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams
  • Educate patients and families about their conditions and treatments
  • Document patient progress and outcomes accurately

Requirements

  • Current licensure as a physical therapist in the state of NH
  • At least one year of clinical experience in a skilled nursing facility
  • Strong communication and critical thinking skills
  • Ability to adapt to various patient needs and environments

Qualifications

  • Master's degree in physical therapy from an accredited program
  • Passing scores on the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE)
  • Current CPR certification

Pay

$2409.00 - $2482.00 per week
