About the role
The Skilled Nursing Home in Rutland, Vermont is seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week contract position starting on July 27, 2026. The ideal candidate should have previous experience in Skilled Nursing Home, Long Term Care, or Geriatric settings.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs
- Perform therapeutic exercises to improve mobility and strength
- Assess patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress and treatment sessions accurately
Requirements
- Current licensure as a Physical Therapist in VT
- Valid Social Security Number required
- Date of Birth required
- One reference from entire work history
Qualifications
- Experience in Skilled Nursing Home, Long Term Care, or Geriatric settings preferred

$2387.00 - $2460.00 A
Schedule
8 Hour Days Monday through Friday
