About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Physical Therapist (PT) to join our dynamic team in Danbury, Connecticut.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients' physical function, mobility, and independence
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address patients' unique needs and goals
• Provide direct patient care, including exercises, stretches, and other therapeutic interventions
• Collaborate with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure effective communication and coordination of care
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient progress and treatment outcomes
• Participate in interdisciplinary team meetings to discuss patient progress and develop comprehensive care plans
