Physical Therapist - Sign-On Bonus Available

Responsibilities

• Assess patient functional status, mobility, endurance, and medical conditions.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans in collaboration with physicians.
• Provide interventions to improve and maintain patient well-being, monitor progress, and adjust care as needed.
• Educate patients, families, and healthcare team members about treatment plans, functional limitations, and progress.
• Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and patient outcomes per policy and state guidelines.
• Report patient responses and condition changes to supervising healthcare professionals.

Qualifications & Skills

• Current Physical Therapy license in the state of practice.
• CPR certification, valid driver’s license, vehicle insurance, or access to transportation.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
• Strong communication, organizational, and documentation skills.
• Ability to serve diverse populations regardless of background or circumstances.
