About the Role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join a dedicated rehab team focused on delivering top-tier rehabilitative care to residents and outpatients. The therapist collaborates closely with clinical caregivers to ensure residents recover fully and return to their daily activities.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in accordance with licensed standards and facility protocols.
• Work as part of an integrated care team to develop and implement personalized treatment plans.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program (minimum Bachelor’s of Science).
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the service state.
