About the role

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team and provide rehabilitative care to residents and outpatients.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with clinical caregivers to ensure residents achieve full recovery
• Developing and implementing personalized treatment plans
• Monitoring patient progress and adjusting therapies accordingly
• Ensuring compliance with licensing and safety standards
• Providing top rehab care
• Supporting recovery
• Contributing to a culture founded on learning, spirituality, and innovation

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited physical therapy program with a minimum of a Bachelor's of Science Degree
• Valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice
