We are currently seeking PRN Physical Therapists (PTs) to support multiple skilled nursing and rehabilitation facilities throughout the Cincinnati, Ohio market. Opportunities Are Available In North Central Cincinnati/I-75 CorridorMt. Airey/College HillMt. Healthy/Springfield TownshipWest Side/Delhi AreaLoveland

Requirements

• Evaluate residents and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide skilled physical therapy services to improve mobility, strength, function, and quality of life
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing staff, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as required
• Participate in care planning and discharge planning
• Recommend appropriate equipment and interventions to support patient outcomes
• Complete timely, accurate documentation and billing
• Educate patients, families, and facility staff on maintenance and restorative programs
