We are seeking a compassionate and energetic Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in Katy, TX.

Responsibilities

• Create and implement personalized therapy plans that help children reach meaningful milestones.
• Turn therapy into fun, engaging experiences through play‑based activities.
• Build strong relationships with patients, families, and teammates.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional, well‑rounded care.

Requirements

• Certification as a Physical Therapist (PT).
• Active Texas PT license.
• A passion for working with children and making therapy both effective and fun.
• Physical ability to move, play, and engage with children throughout the day, including lifting up to 25 pounds, assisting with patient positioning, and transitioning between sitting, standing, kneeling, and other positions.
• Use quick, responsive movements to support patient needs.

Pay

Reliant Healthcare Group utilizes a Pay‑Per‑Visit (PPV) compensation model designed to reward productivity while ensuring fairness, transparency, and growth, without compromising the consistency of patient care.

Schedule

• Four 9‑hour days with a half‑day Friday.
• Four 10‑hour days for a longer weekend.
