Physical Therapist (PT) — Outpatient Clinic

About the Role

TheraDynamics outpatient clinics focus on hands-on, one-on-one patient care. As a therapist-owned company, we prioritize clinician autonomy, modern equipment, and evidence-based treatment plans. You will not manage multiple patients simultaneously or face excessive documentation demands.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients across a diverse outpatient caseload, including post-surgical orthopedic rehabilitation, sports injuries, chronic pain management, neurological conditions, and work-related injuries.
• Utilize state-of-the-art equipment and collaborate with a team of experienced therapists to share best practices and support clinical development.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or Master's degree from an accredited PT program.
• Current or eligible for New York State PT license.
• Interest in orthopedic, sports, and/or neurological rehabilitation.
• Strong manual therapy and clinical reasoning skills.

Pay

Competitive pay based on experience and location. Rate ranges include levels for per diems (no benefits) and Independent Contractors.
