Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Clinic

About the role

This role involves evaluating and treating patients of all ages, developing and adjusting individualized plans of care based on clinical findings and patient response. Serves as a professional role model and clinical resource for staff and students, demonstrating safe body mechanics and respectful patient interactions.

Responsibilities

• Performing patient transfers
• Educating patients and caregivers
• Conducting examinations and documenting care accurately
• Performing assessments related to orthopedic and neurologic conditions, utilizing objective testing and therapeutic modalities such as ultrasound and taping
• Coordinating with referring providers on patient progress and treatment recommendations
• Performing functional assessments and therapy documentation
• Utilizing support personnel effectively

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy
• Licensure as a Physical Therapist
• BLS certification
