The clinic in Berea, KY treats a diverse orthopedic patient population, including post-operative patients, individuals with musculoskeletal conditions, balance and vestibular disorders, dizziness, and functional mobility limitations.

Responsibilities

  • Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop individualized plans of care
  • Deliver evidence-based treatment interventions to improve mobility, strength, balance, and overall function
  • Collaborate with patients, families, physicians, and interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal outcomes
  • Educate patients on injury prevention, wellness, and home exercise programs
  • Accurately document patient progress and treatment effectiveness

Requirements

  • Physical Therapist (PT): Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program, Current Kentucky Physical Therapist license or eligibility for licensure, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
  • Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA): Associate degree from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program, Current Kentucky Physical Therapist Assistant license or eligibility for licensure, Strong communication and interpersonal skills, Commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care
