About the Role

Local or travel position for 13 weeks. Full-time schedule, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week. On-call may be required based on staff and branch needs. Patient service area includes Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties.

Guaranteed hours: 32 hours per week. Productivity target: 30 units.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy services in a home health setting.
• Utilize HCHB and Oasis systems for documentation and patient care.

Requirements

• Current state license as a Physical Therapist.
• Proof of current CPR certification.
• Current driver’s license, reliable transportation, and insurance.
• 1-2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting.
• Bachelor of Science in Physical Therapy from an American Physical Therapy Association approved program.

Qualifications

• Home health experience required.
• Previous home care experience preferred.
• Experience with HCHB EMR preferred.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, 40 hours per week.
