Physical Therapist - Home Health PT
About the role
BAYADA Home Health Care offers flexible schedules, supportive teams, and a mission-driven culture for Physical Therapists (PTs). We provide full-time and part-time opportunities in Home Health and Senior Living across Vermont.
Responsibilities
- Perform mobility, strength, balance, and safety assessments
- Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Provide gait training, manual therapy, balance work, and therapeutic exercise
- Implement skin and wound-prevention strategies
- Educate clients and families to promote long-term success
- Document care using our intuitive EMR system
Requirements
- Current Vermont PT license (or eligibility)
- Graduation from an accredited PT program
- Comfort with EMR systems (training provided)

- Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
- Strong communication skills
- Passion for home health care

- Proficiency in EMR systems
- Effective problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship management skills

Pay
$65.00-$70.00 per point, plus a $20,000 bonus for full-time positions.
