About the role
M-F, 8am - 5pm, 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
- Patient Service Area: Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties
- Guaranteed Hours: 32 hours
- Productivity Units: 30 units
Qualifications
- HCHB, Oasis, and HH experience required
- Current State License as a Physical Therapist - Required
- Proof of current CPR certification - Required
- Current driver's license. Must have reliable transportation and insurance - Required
- 1-2 years experience as a Physical Therapist in an acute care or rehabilitation setting - Required
- Previous Home Care Experience - Preferred
- HCHB EMR preferred
