Physical Therapist (PT) - Flexible Full-Time

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation offers a unique approach to physical therapy, focusing on functional rehabilitation in home and community settings. Clinicians here have the opportunity to provide one-on-one care, control their schedules, and work towards meaningful outcomes rather than productivity quotas.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Regularly reassess effectiveness of treatment plans, attend staffing meetings and family conferences
• Make discharge evaluations, provide home and community safety recommendations, and offer referral and education resources
• Communicate patient needs and progress to the treatment team, physician, and family members
• Collaborate with other disciplines to enhance patient outcomes

Qualifications

• Minimum of bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current, unrestricted license as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support or Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation certification
• A minimum of one year’s work experience as a physical therapist preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of rehabilitation techniques related to complex neurological injuries
• Effective communication skills, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to lift up to 100 pounds and perform tasks requiring fine motor skills, visual acuity, and prolonged standing or walking
