About the role
Full-Time Physical Therapist responsible for delivering comprehensive, evidence-based rehabilitation care to adult and geriatric patients.
Responsibilities
- Perform objective patient assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Deliver skilled interventions such as therapeutic exercises and mobility training.
- Supervise rehabilitation technicians and oversee Physical Therapist Assistants in accordance with state regulations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, document patient progress, and educate patients and caregivers.
- Maintain compliance with safety, infection control, and documentation standards.
- Participate in professional development, team meetings, and supervision of students.
Qualifications
- Degree in Physical Therapy (BPT, MPT, or DPT) from an accredited program.
- Current or temporary licensure in the state of practice.
- Valid BLS certification.
- Preferred experience with adult and geriatric populations.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, walk, and perform physical tasks.
