• Provide one-on-one physical therapy services in community settings, focusing on functional outcomes and helping to reduce ageism through autonomous, clinically excellent interventions.
• Collaborate within an interdisciplinary team, create and modify treatment plans, and drive positive patient outcomes.

Qualifications & Skills

• Valid Physical Therapy license or eligibility
• Degree from an accredited program
• Basic computer skills
• Current CPR certification
