Physical Therapist (PT) - Experienced Clinician

About the role

Day to day, you can expect 30-60 minute one-to-one sessions that foster strong client and caregiver relationships, two evaluations per week, and built-in documentation time so your evenings and weekends are yours to recharge. Teammates can expect a productivity of 72.50% of their day.

Compensation

• Salary ($90,000–$120,000) or pay-per-billed-hour ($72 to $85/billed hour, $90 per evaluation). We'll walk through the models and let you choose.
• Performance incentives up to $9,000 annually, plus a 2% bilingual increase.
• Sign-on bonus up to $8,000.
• Student loan repayment: $200/month toward your principal loan amount through SoFi.

Schedule

• Four- or five-day work weeks.
• Flex days and flexible schedules.
• Tenure-based PTO and sick leave accruing 128 hours your first year.

Requirements

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Colorado DORA PT license, or eligible to obtain.
• 5+ years of experience.
