Qualifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure or certification; CPR certification preferred. Educational requirement is a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program, with 0-1 years of experience. Responsibilities Perform thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and condition management strategies.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.Perform additional duties as assigned.
