Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment. The role involves evaluating patients’ conditions, developing personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapy, and educating patients and families on proper techniques and body mechanics. Qualifications: Requires a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program and a valid state PT license or certification. CPR certification is preferred. Experience level is 0-1 years. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to determine rehabilitation needs.Implement individualized treatment plans to enhance physical function.Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care.Perform additional duties as assigned.
