Physical Therapist - PT

Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team, adhering to professional and ethical standards. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.Educate patients and families on exercise techniques, posture, and body mechanics for effective self-management.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.Collaborate with team members to ensure holistic patient care.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Valid state licensure or certification as a Physical Therapist.Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Experience of 0-1 years preferred.Current CPR certification is preferred.
