Role Overview The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary team. The role involves evaluating patients' conditions, developing personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapies, educating patients and families on proper techniques, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress and outcomes. Collaboration with team members ensures holistic patient care, and additional duties may be assigned as needed. Qualifications & Skills Must hold a current, valid state PT licensure or certification and have a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience ranges from 0-1 years.
