Physical Therapist - PT

Role: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, develop personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapies, educate patients and families on techniques and body mechanics, maintain accurate documentation, and collaborate with the healthcare team. Additional duties may be assigned. Qualifications: Must hold a current, valid state PT license or certification, with a degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Experience ranges from 0-1 years, with preferred CPR certification. Skills: Strong assessment, treatment, and patient education skills, along with documentation and teamwork abilities.
