About the role

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions, within an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs through thorough assessments.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective management.
• Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current, valid state licensure or certification as a PT.
• Preferred CPR certification.
• 0-1 years of experience.
