The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessment, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough patient assessments
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans with exercises and manual therapy
• Educate patients and families on managing conditions
• Maintain accurate documentation

Requirements

• Valid state PT licensure or certification
• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• 0-1 years of experience
• Current CPR certification (preferred)
