Role Overview

The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions in an interdisciplinary setting, adhering to professional and ethical standards.

Key Responsibilities

• C Conduct thorough evaluations of patients’ physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.
• B Develop and implement personalized treatment plans utilizing exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• E Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective self-management.
• M Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.
• C Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure holistic patient care.
• A Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• C Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.
• P Preferred CPR certification.
• N 0-1 years of experience.
