About the Role

Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to provide personalized rehabilitation care, ensuring a positive experience for patients and families. Implement progressive treatment modalities to address various diseases and impairments within a supportive rehab environment. Participate in in-house therapy supported by local management.

Requirements

• Graduate of an accredited therapy program and licensed in the state of practice
• Prior rehab SNF experience is preferred
