Physical Therapist (PT)

Responsibilities

• Evaluate each patient and create treatment plans.
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
• Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
• Work in both Home Health and SNF settings with a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.

Requirements

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
• Current PT license in the state of practice.
• Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Qualifications

• Preferred: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Preferred: Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
• Preferred: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Preferred: Experience with geriatric population and understanding of their unique needs.
• Preferred: Knowledge of current Medicare billing regulations.
