Responsibilities
- Evaluate each patient and create treatment plans.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to help patients reach their goals.
- Supervise PTAs within the facilities.
- Work in both Home Health and SNF settings with a weekend schedule, which can reduce the need for childcare at home.
Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist program.
- Current PT license in the state of practice.
- Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.
Qualifications
- Preferred: Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Preferred: Flexibility and ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Preferred: Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Preferred: Experience with geriatric population and understanding of their unique needs.
- Preferred: Knowledge of current Medicare billing regulations.
