About the role
We are seeking a Physical Therapist to provide home-based therapy in Virginia Beach and surrounding areas. In this role, you will help patients regain strength, mobility, and manage pain in a patient-centered, autonomous environment while collaborating with a home health team to ensure safety and progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments, observe movements, and document progress
- Modify care plans as needed
- Assist with exercises and hands-on therapy
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and self-care
Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active Virginia PT license
- Current CPR certification
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Qualifications
- Up to 2 years of experience, ideally in home healthcare
- Knowledge of home health regulations
