About the Role

Broad River Rehab is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Milwaukee, WI Skilled Nursing Facility. We offer a $10,000 Sign-On Bonus and hourly rates between $42 and $52 for full-time positions, based on experience and qualifying interview. Full-time positions are 30-40 hours per week. New graduates are welcome, and we offer a GREAT mentorship program for new clinicians or those new to the skilled nursing facility setting. Both full-time and PRN availability are offered.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat residents under orders from a physician
• Use a variety of physical therapeutic procedures and assistive devices
• Maximize functional potential in all areas of a resident's life

Qualifications

• Physical Therapy license in state of employment
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
