Role Overview: The Physical Therapist (PT) provides comprehensive physical therapy services, including assessments, treatment planning, and therapeutic interventions within an interdisciplinary environment, adhering to professional standards and ethical practices. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough patient assessments to evaluate physical conditions and rehabilitation needs.Develop and implement personalized treatment plans using exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.Educate patients and families on exercises, posture, and body mechanics for effective condition management.Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes.Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.Current, valid state PT licensure or certification.Preferred CPR certification.Experience of 0-1 years in physical therapy.
