About the Role

Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions, serving as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Performs evaluations, develops individualized treatment plans, and applies appropriate clinical techniques and tools.
• Provides therapy interventions, ensures effective communication of care and discharge plans.
• Completes accurate clinical documentation within deadlines.
• Supervises assigned assistants and performs additional duties as needed.

Qualifications

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Licensure in the state of practice.
• Preferred: Two years of Physical Therapy experience.

Skills

• Physical Therapy licensure.
• BLS or CPR certification.
