Physical Therapist (Per Diem, Day Shift)

About the role

Provides physical therapy services to restore and improve patients' physical, social, and mental functions through individualized treatment plans. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team, conducting evaluations, implementing therapy interventions, and ensuring effective communication of care and discharge plans.

Responsibilities

• Complete assessments to meet quality standards
• Use clinical techniques and tools to deliver therapy interventions
• Supervise physical therapy assistants
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or equivalent
• State licensure in the state of practice
• Basic Life Support (BLS) or CPR certification

Qualifications

Preferred two years of experience in physical therapy.
