Physical Therapist - Per Diem Day Shift

About the Role

This role involves planning and conducting treatment programs to restore and enhance patients' physical, social, and mental functions. The therapist serves as a co-leader in interdisciplinary patient care teams, ensuring personalized treatment and discharge plans, and documenting clinical activities accurately.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy interventions using appropriate protocols.
• Supervise assistants and perform additional related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree or foreign equivalent.
• Licensure in the practicing state.
• Certification in CPR or BLS, including facility-specific BLS certification.
• Must meet vaccination requirements and participate in E-Verify.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience (preferred).
