Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality physical therapy services in an outpatient setting.
- Pursue professional growth through mentorship, residency education, specialty program development, non-treating roles, clinic leadership, or future clinic partnership opportunities.
- Engage in a sustainable practice environment with productivity expectations below many outpatient industry standards.
Requirements
- License or pending license as a Physical Therapist in the treating state.
- Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Eagerness to grow and learn.
- Interest in pursuing a specialty outside of standard orthopedics (e.g., sports, pelvic, vestibular, peds, neuro, geriatrics).
- Team-oriented mindset.

Pay
Compensation Range: $50–55 per hour. The compensation range listed reflects the good faith estimate of pay this organization reasonably expects to offer for this position at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be determined based on relevant factors including skills, experience, qualifications, and work location.
