Physical Therapist - Part-Time

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality therapy services to patients in SNFs (Skilled Nursing Facilities)
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive rehabilitation plans
• Conduct outcome tracking and analysis to measure patient progress and service effectiveness
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and participate in Quality Assurance activities
• Manage ADR (Adverse Drug Reaction) and appeal processes for patients
• Prepare for state surveys and ensure facility readiness

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech-Language Pathology, or related field
• Current license to practice in your state
• Experience in a healthcare setting, preferably in a SNF
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Proficiency in using rehabilitation software and tools
• Knowledge of relevant state and federal regulations
• Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills

• Skilled in patient assessment and treatment planning
• Effective communicator with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
