Physical Therapist - Part-Time

Role: Part-time Physical Therapist providing rehabilitative care to improve patient mobility, reduce pain, and prevent deformities. Responsibilities Develop, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with patients and physicians.Assess patients’ needs, establish goals, and create discharge plans that align with patient and family input.Provide patient and family education, follow-up care, and referrals to community resources.Document evaluations, treatment sessions, and discharge instructions per departmental standards.Maintain compliance with regulatory standards, adhere to ethical practices, and ensure confidentiality.Promote excellent customer service, effective communication, teamwork, and a positive environment.Participate in professional development, mandatory training, and support onboarding of new staff. Qualifications Doctorate, Master’s, or Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy.Current licensure as a Physical Therapist.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.Effective communication, customer service orientation, team collaboration, and basic computer skills.
