Responsibilities
- Carry out initial and discharge evaluations
- Develop and execute treatment plans to achieve functional goals
- Identify and address patient educational needs
- Engage in interdisciplinary team meetings
- Mentor physical therapy interns
- Assist with skills checks
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required
- Doctoral Degree preferred
- Minimum one year of experience in Rehab, SNF, LTACH, or Acute care preferred
- Must hold BLS certification and GA PT license or be eligible
- Basic computer skills necessary
