Responsibilities
- Provide physical therapy services to residents.
Requirements
- Current, unencumbered Physical Therapist license in Colorado.
- Experience in a post-acute or skilled nursing facility is a plus.
- Proficiency in Nethealth and Point Click Care is a plus.
