Physical Therapist - Part-time

Role Overview: This position involves evaluating and treating patients primarily in Rehab and LTAC hospitals, with responsibilities including documentation, patient education, and communication with team members and outside professionals. Key Responsibilities Perform initial and discharge evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document outcomes.Deliver timely, goal-oriented therapy to meet functional objectives.Assess educational needs and provide PRN therapy as needed.Participate as an active member of the interdisciplinary team.Serve as a clinical instructor or mentor for interns.Engage in hospital and discipline-specific skills assessments.Manage equipment orders and liaise with vendors and external physicians. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy required; Doctoral Degree preferred.Minimum of 1 year experience in rehab, SNF, LTACH, or acute care settings preferred.Current BLS certification; GA PT license or eligibility.Basic computer literacy.
