Physical Therapist - Part-time

The role involves evaluating and treating patients primarily in Rehab and LTAC hospitals, with responsibilities including conducting initial and discharge assessments, developing and implementing treatment plans, and documenting progress in the EMR. You'll educate patients, families, and staff as needed, communicate patient progress in clinical conferences, coordinate with team members daily, and manage equipment orders by contacting vendors and physicians. Key duties include serving as a clinical instructor or mentor for interns, participating in skills checks, and collaborating as part of an interdisciplinary team. Qualifications include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy (Doctoral preferred), at least 1 year of relevant experience (rehab, SNF, LTACH, acute care), and licensure or eligibility for GA PT license. Skills Required Are Basic Computer Literacy And Effective Communication.
