This position involves providing comprehensive physical therapy services across various settings, including evaluation, treatment planning, implementation, re-assessment, and discharge planning. The therapist reviews patient histories, conducts assessments, and develops personalized treatment plans, communicating findings effectively with patients and families.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution
• Relevant licensure for the specific location(s)
• American Heart Association BLS certification
• Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to utilize varied evaluation and treatment approaches and adapt to changing healthcare environments

Qualifications

Experience in mentoring, education, and team collaboration preferred.
