Physical Therapist - Outpatient Neuro

Responsibilities

• Conducting evaluations, assessments, and developing treatment plans with patient and family input.
• Implementing and adjusting therapy protocols based on patient progress and collaboration with healthcare team.
• Managing discharge planning, documentation, and follow-up care accurately and timely.
• Demonstrating effective time management, professionalism, and flexibility to ensure patient access and satisfaction.
• Mentoring staff, students, and volunteers, as well as pursuing ongoing education for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• State licensure (MD, DC, VA) required; BLS certification for healthcare providers.
