Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services through comprehensive evaluation, program planning and administration of treatment to all patients.
• Perform detailed clinical assessments based on individual patient needs upon physician referral.
• Develop a comprehensive plan-of-care based on findings following physical therapy evaluation.

Requirements

• Relevant clinical experience as per physical therapy setting.
• Minimum of 1 year of outpatient ortho/spine experience strongly desired for this role.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a physical therapy program is required.
• BS required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.

Pay

• This position is eligible for up to $6,000 per year based upon your Full or Part Time status.

Schedule

• Full Time, 40 hours/week, Monday-Friday.
• 2 evening shifts of 11am-7pm required.
• No weekends or holidays!
