Role: Physical Therapist in Outpatient Rehab, responsible for providing high-quality patient care, assessments, diagnoses, and developing personalized treatment plans to promote recovery and long-term well-being. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, create and implement individualized therapy plans, educate patients and families, and model proficiency through precepting and collaboration within a multidisciplinary team. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy (Master's or Doctorate preferred), active CO State licensure, and BLS certification. Demonstrates proficiency in therapeutic techniques, patient education, teamwork, and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.
