Physical Therapist, Outpatient

Role: Outpatient Physical Therapist responsible for evaluating, diagnosing, and developing individualized treatment plans for patients to promote recovery and long-term wellness. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and diagnoses.Create and implement tailored therapeutic treatment plans.Educate patients and families to empower recovery and enhance well-being.Model proficiency through precepting and collaborate within a multidisciplinary team.Contribute to safety, quality, and innovative clinical practices. Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy required; Master’s or Doctorate preferred.Current CO State licensure as a Physical Therapist.Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through AHA or ARC.Strong clinical assessment, communication, and patient education skills.
